Another Successful Settlement at Parkesburg Knoll

After several months of home searching for Maurice and Emily, they finally made their decision to build their new home at Parkesburg Knoll. What was it that made them feel at ease in choosing to build with Chetty Builders?

Maurice and Emily purchased our Allison Model on a beautifully wooded homesite.
After months of frequently visiting the property to watch as the construction
progressed they are very happy to now officially be homeowners as of Thursday,
October 15th.

Before handing over the keys to their new home, the couple met with our on-site Project Manager, Brian Hutton, to complete a Pre-Settlement walk through in which he was able to point out allfeatures of construction, such as: the engineered “I” joist flooring systems, natural gas heating, the programmable thermostat, and discussed the 1 year Chetty Builders’ warranty.

After the walk through, Chetty Builders, real estate agents, the title company, and of course our newest homeowners met to “seal the deal!” A smooth sailing and organized settlement led to excitement for everyone and a BIG CONGRATULATONS to Maurice and Emily!
